Gonioscopy is an examination technique utilized by our doctors to examine internal eye structures. A Gonioscopic Lens appears a little like a contact lens with embedded mirrors. This set up allows us to search for anatomical structures hidden around the corner, not easily visible with a microscope alone. Analogous to using a periscope which enables viewing of objects out of sight.
Which structures can be viewed using Gonioscopy?
